Civil Litigation Arising from the Flint Water Crisis
Arising from the switch to the Flint River as a water source for the City of Flint in 2014, extensive complex, mass-action, and class-action continues throughout the State of Michigan and federal courts. Mr. White and the White Law PLLC team has been thoroughly involved in litigation arising from the Flint Water Crisis in all levels of courts in Michigan and the federal court system.

Civil Litigation Against Multi-National Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P.
Attorney James White and White Law PLLC represented numerous land-owner clients in civil litigation against energy giant Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. following the Enbridge Line 5 oil spill near Marshall, Michigan.
After more than 1.2 million gallons of oil were spilled into the Talmadge Creek and the Kalamazoo River, White Law PLLC was able to successfully recover damages for our clients arising from the contamination of their land on and near the contaminated waters.
