What is Expungement?
Expungement is a court-ordered process in which the record of an arrest or conviction is erased in the eyes of the law. The process for expungement varies based on the crime that was committed and the state in which it was committed.
At White Law PLLC, we can assist clients with the expungement process to have their conviction cleared from their record. Once a conviction has been cleared, it will not show up in most background checks. In many cases, you can legally state that you have not been convicted or arrested for a crime.
