Attorney Maddaloni has been a practicing trial attorney in the State of Michigan for nearly 23 years. During those years he has taken nearly 200 cases to trial with a successful outcome in approximately 70% of those cases. Attorney Maddaloni is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, and in the federal courts, in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also licensed in the United States Tax Court. Attorney Maddaloni’s experience includes criminal law, (both State and Federal), civil law, family law and appellate matters, (both State and Federal).
